Garrison ISD wants to reassure our families and community that our safety protocols worked exactly as intended today during a brief interaction with a visitor at the stadium.
At approximately 1:45 PM today, a Garrison alumnus entered the football stadium area. They were unfamiliar with our current security measures and it was explained why our campuses are secured during the school day.
We want to emphasize that at no time was the campus, or anyone on it, in any danger.
We know that strict safety measures, like closing the track during school hours, can sometimes be inconvenient. Thank you for your continued trust, patience, and partnership in keeping our campus secure.

The Garrison Bulldog Band will perform in the preliminary round of the UIL State Military Marching Band Championships on Tuesday, October 27th at 9:15 AM at Baylor University's McLane Stadium. Finals and finals performance times will be announced at noon!

On October 13, Garrison ISD educators Laurie Fuller, Lisa Zorn, and Molissa McClellan were honored at the Rooted In Excellence Reception for completing the 2026 Teacher Externship Program!
