While the TEA’s Accountability Ratings will not be released publicly until Friday, we simply could not contain our excitement for what our staff across Garrison ISD has accomplished over the last year!
We are officially an "A" RATED DISTRICT for the first time ever! 🌟
These ratings are the culmination of the immense hard work, dedication, and passion of our Garrison teachers, staff members, and campus leadership. It is a direct reflection of the extensive learning and growth happening inside our classrooms every single day.
Look at how our campuses shined:
🎒 Garrison Elementary: Earned an "A" rating for the second year in a row, capturing 7 distinctions!
🦅 Garrison High School: Achieved an "A" rating for the first time in school history, earning 4 distinctions!
📚 Garrison Middle School: Maintained a strong "B" rating for the fourth straight year, bringing home 3 distinctions!
We are incredibly thankful to the parents, students, and community members who continuously support our educators and staff. Together, we will continue to strive for greatness at Garrison ISD! 🐾❤️

🎉 Monday: High Energy Kickoff
GarrisonFFA cooked up a fantastic breakfast to start our week right. The staff was treated to our very own pep rally! Big thanks to the band, twirlers, cheerleaders, and sponsors for bringing the hype! Mr. Larry Williams inspired everyone with a powerful speech. He reminded us that some days everything goes wrong, but other days remind us of our "why!" His takeaway: Sometimes we just have to get out of our own way to see the magic.
🎁 Tuesday: Community & Celebrations
Holly Springs Baptist Church provided a massive, delicious breakfast spread. Our district meeting was a blast, and many staff members won incredible door prizes donated by local businesses! Garrison BBQ Spot fueled the team with an awesome lunch.
🌮 Wednesday: Feast & Focus
First Baptist Church Garrison welcomed everyone back with an incredible taco and nacho bar, plus a variety of yummy desserts! The transportation staff held their annual meeting, and Mr. Roberts treated the entire team to lunch!
🌟 Wrapping Up the Week
The Garrison Beta Club kept the momentum going this morning by providing another delicious breakfast! We are rounding out the week today with some Q&A sessions!
It’s been a whirlwind week, but our hearts and stomachs are completely full! We are so happy to see everyone back on campus. This incredible week wouldn’t have been a success without the overwhelming support from our amazing community. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! ❤️✨
