I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. I am married to Craten Phillips, who is the Garrison Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. We are happily married and have three children -- Hunter, Ryder, and Harper (born in August 2010). Being the wife of a football coach has allowed me to teach at several different schools around Texas. This is our fifth year at Garrison, and we love it here! I have a degree and am certified to teach both 6-12 Dance and 6-12 Math.
